On Thursday 7 January 2016, we revealed a major rebranding with the launch of our new logo, brand identity, tone of voice and huge improvements across our mobile and desktop site – ready to make an even better experience for you in 2016. With over 15.3million visitors every month to the site we thought it was time for a bit of a refresh.

What do you think?

We’ve been listening and learning from your feedback and have changed some other bits too:

  • Got a new 24-hour customer support through live chat, email and @helpmegumtree, a new Twitter account solely for your queries
  • Introduced an easier way to search that means you can find more items based on your location
  • Updated the app to make it simpler to use and so you can post ads quicker
  • Improved messaging notifications that help you place your ads and easily manage responses

Whether it was one of the 1.8million items we had for sale across the site, or one of the 250,000 jobs featured, we helped connect millions peoples to buy, sell, or share something through us. the site in 2015. In 2016, we want to make sure your Gumtree experience is as quick, safe and easy as possible.
